I am a hardworking, single, accomplished, Christian, black American woman with a physical disability. Today, I live my life very carefully so that I can conserve my energy, protect my health, and do only those things which are vital to my everyday life. Responding to your cry for American women to raise their voices and vote responsibly this November is critical.
I love my country and am proud to be an American despite the many overwhelming problems we face. Governor Palin would only add to the problems because she is ill prepared on every level to become our Commander-in-Chief—and that is a very real possibility. Imagine, if you will, if Senator McCain is elected, and then Sarah Palin, for whatever reason, becomes President of the United States.
With that in mind, please watch the VP debate tonight, Thursday, October 2, and decide for yourself. If our elected Presidential candidate is unable to carry out his duties, who will you want to become our leader?
Thank you and may God richly bless you, your loved ones, and our United States.

"And I am especially proud to say in the week we celebrate the anniversary of women's suffrage [that she is] a devoted, a devoted wife and mother of five."
—John McCain introducing Sarah Palin
"If this doesn't resonate with every woman in America, I'll eat my hat."
—Alaska delegate Bill Noll on Sarah Palin
Dear Bill, get ready to eat your hat. —The Eds.
